RE:RE:Jim/G5 Inc - please readno no - not the case commedone2

I am not affiliated with G5 etc.  But I am definitely not happy with the rogue management of FCU

I think what I am saying will resonate with FCU shareholders - we will see

If we could replace Dev without much cost and fanfare I would be all for it!!

I am sure Jim has candidates that are orders of magnitude better then the chumps currently running the show.  It is too bad Dev would not just appoint a few of them as clearly he needs the help!!!!

He then uses one of his aliases to suggest maybe its not a good idea to put forward candidates but to have the gun ready to use. Well Jimmy I'm not surprised. from what's on stockhouse it seems your shenanigans with nexus didn't go unnoticed. That's what happens when you talk up a company and then unload millions of shares.

I personally think we should assemble a list of other BOD candidates but leave this on the backburner for the time being.  It is enough of a threat just having this cannon loaded and aimed at managment to ensure management stays the course and does not try to give a way the farm again.  Furhermore, if the slate of alternative directors was to fail, FCU management may feel they have a mandate to try the merger again while saying - "oh look we have no money left because we had to thwart off this coup attempt and thus we have no other choice".

So Jim - if you are monitoring this board - get everything together and ready to go on a moments notice but hold off as long as management continues to operate approipriately - i.e. finding more pounds to sell to Areva in the short term.  This nuclear deterence should keep Dev from doing any low ball financing or questionable mergers that are not in the best interest of shareholders.

Unfortunately some people need this close management (gun to their head) to behave appropriately.
