Range of Votes

Range of VotesThe whole stock market runs on number of shares voted not number of voters  The investors who has more cash in the company gets the more say in how it is run.  If somebody owns 200 million shares his vote would be all that is needed. The way it must be or whole buch of voters with one share could run a company.  !!!
I am still confused about the director voting as I understood that FCUO did not get their list to the company by the deadline. So we are only voting for or against the current directors. If this is not the case we should be getting another package very soon from FCUO group. Their slate is a complete joke and if they win , the 60 cent stock price will not last long.
