revised pea and who to vote for

revised pea and who to vote forAnyone have any info when management may have revised pea available for shareholders to review, and because of elections will it be held off till after management vote is finalized, After what has occurred in the last year, I am voting for anyone except dev, ross, and others can stay, dev seems to have mislead shareholders, with the 3.00 buyout, hopes of several suitors in last 18 months, all of a sudden the merger came in with Denison at a very cheap buyout price with him and his employees getting large bonuses, the stock options and financing were done at times that made the share price go down drastically, most of this downturn is shareholders confidence lost in managements decision making, otherwise if it was not a management issue, wewould not see within last 12 months nexgen up almost 100 %, also every tiem dev went on bnn the stock proce always seemed to go dow after his televised speech, new management will bring confidence to shareholders, unless dev before the voting has a buyer at a reasonable price or buys a stake in fission to increase the share price at least 1..00 buying a stake in fcu, or complete buyout offer in cash at 1.30 or more , dev will be gone, that's why kingsdale is calling to see how many shareholders are going to vote for dev,all my shares are going toward ainswoeth even with his age he has experience, in with the new guy and babikian, vote ross in, most others would have to be removed,, THIS IS THE BLOODY TRUTH
