Voting Rules1. Only shareholders of record at close of business Nov 9, 2015 2. Proxies must be delivered to computershare services Inc. by 11:00am Vancover time Dec 11/15. So FCUO has about a week to get proxies out and voted on before the cutoff time. If nobody has recieved a voting form by now all this time discussing this is blowing smoke and waste of time.
