The Company is a resource issuer specializing in uranium exploration and development in Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin in Western Canada. The Company’s primary asset is the Patterson Lake South (PLS) project, which hosts the Triple R deposit, high-grade and near-surface uranium deposit that occurs within 3.18 kilometers (km) mineralized trend along the Patterson Lake Conductive Corridor. The property comprises approximately 17 contiguous claims totaling approximately 31,039 hectares and is located geographically in the south-west margin of Saskatchewan’s Athabasca Basin, notable for hosting the highest-grade uranium deposits and operating mines in the world. The Company also has the West Cluff property comprising three claims totaling 11,148-hectares in the western Athabasca Basin region of northern Saskatchewan.

RE:RE:Longs - Don't forget that...Woops, my comments on why I vote "no" to DML merger got mangled.  Basically said I thought FCU had bigger upside alone becuase of shallow high grade and what looked like so much potential for giant or numerous zones - not enough compensation for the potential.  I saw why traders didn't want a merged company.  Saw benefit in DML as an experienced company with respect to getting to mine stage for sure.  Would have voted for merge with a higher ratio (maybe 1.5 shares versus 1.26). Chinese investment alleviates that concern a bit, but comes with potential headaches of its own, unless the partnership continues to be structured to be mutually beneficial (having them vote with management helps).  But I did say i will have to look back in a couple of years, as a 'long" and see if I was "wrong" or not.....
