RE:RE:RE:cgn....vs nxe...

RE:RE:RE:cgn....vs nxe...thiggins - are you the fellow at the town hall meeting that Dev really didn't listen to during your question and then said "sell your shares if you don't like it"?

I really felt that was the low point of the whole FCU story at that time.  I think you bore the brunt of the stress Dev and Co. were feeling at the time.  That particular quote has been used continuously since then by the bashers/shorters/traders - which, to be fair, does fall on Dev - he lost his cool and could really have handles that better.  I actually agree with Dev about taking care of employees that likely would have lost their jobs as part of merger, but not necessarily the $ amount - which would come out of shareholder value, almost directly....

For you to post on here and correct misperceptions and deflect agendas speaks a lot to your character and kudos to you for not being bitter about it.  I have posted before that I don't think Dev meant it personally, but he had had enough of the share trading/manipulation and truly worried about the company being usurped or bought at a steal price - and you ended up getting lumped into those he deems the enemy of his plans....Too bad, because Dev, in that moment, alienated a few folks that were actually big allies and believers - and he responded otherwise.  Does show he cares about the company and the people he built it with - also showed he was rattled at least at that time (everyone is human I suppose).

Thanks for posting.
