RE:RE:RE:See you in September...$294,000 per month!
CanadianBuck wrote: Quakes you are the one always posting lies and misinformation! The last 3 month period ending June 30 the company shows it has been averaging $294,000/month for essentially promotion, including public relations, communications, trade shows and business development. All the reasons you blame the high spending on were done by December. So they are continuing to waste our money on promotion that isn't working. You continually twist facts to present your always one-sided BS, and then you have the dishonesty to keep posting under numerous aliass. Get a life loser.

I'm not even out the door 5 minutes before the bashers are posting more lies and misinformation... this time about Financials.

Fission filed its Full Year Financial Statement and MD&A on SEDAR last week, covering their Fiscal Year to June 30, 2016.  The Management Discussion and Analysis always must be read with the Financials, as it explains the major line items in the Finances.

Bashers don't do that, of course, so they make up their own reasons.   If they actually read the MD&A they would see that the Financials covered a number of major events including the proposed DML Merger, the Proxy Contest by FCU Oversight, the CGN Strategic Investment, etc.
You'd see in the MD&A:

Professional fees increased to $1,551,084 from $471,805. The increase was primarily the result of increased legal fees associated with the arrangement agreement with Denison Mines Corp. (the “2015 Denison Arrangement”) and the Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders (“AGM”). The Company incurred increased legal fees during the year ended June 30, 2016 due to a “withhold all” campaign launched by dissident shareholders.

Public relations and communications costs increased to $2,269,040 from $1,093,073 primarily as a result of increased shareholder communications costs associated with the 2015 Denison Arrangement and the Company’s AGM. The shareholder communications costs were primarily related to AGM mail out materials, proxy solicitation/advisory fees and investor relations services regarding the “withhold all” campaign launched by dissident shareholders.

The bashers might have even rubbed their hands with glee over this statement:

Wages and benefits decreased to $991,481 from $1,375,909 primarily as a result of the
Company not paying Christmas bonuses to its officers and employees.

And in terms of Trade Shows and Conferences it shows for an entire year:

Trade shows and conferences     $267,474

Which is about the cost of 1 drill hole at PLS for an entire year's worth of promotional events, including the London Mines & Money 2016 "Global Exploration Success Award" and so many others.

Being a basher is soooooo easy.
Just lie and make stuff up and hope no one checks the facts to challenge them.

They sure are in overdrive trying to convince weak hands to sell their shares today.
I wonder why?  (No... actually I know why... because they want to buy cheap shares ;-)

Take care and good luck with the bashers!
See you in a couple of weeks...

quakes99 wrote: I'm heading North to Alaska until September, and rarely will be on the net, so just want to wish all the longs good luck as more summer drill results are released and PLS continues to keep on giving.  Also wishing for rising U prices and improving Uranium sentiment to propel the share price higher and reward patient long term investors

I'm sure the bashers will keep up with their steady parade of lies, ridicule, harassment, slander, defamation, and character assassination... so enjoy the entertainment!

Always a good sign that Fission's Stockhouse Bullboard continues to be one of the most active forums for any mineral explorer.  And why not?  When U prices turn I believe it will be the go to name having the most leverage in a new Uranium Sector rally, as Haywood points out each week.  Just my humble opinion.

Enjoy the last of the summer doldrums as we head towards a busy fall full of more drill results and assays to feed a new upgraded Resource Estimate and PEA.

Keep connecting those zones, Ross, and bring on a new discovery!

Good luck to all the longs and see you in September!
