FCU Insider Sells holdings down to ZEROPaul Charlish on Jan 10 sold 25,000 shares of FCU @ .77c to hold ZERO shares.
He exercised options at .386c and sold them all. Paul is the CFO of FCU. When a CFO holds zero shares in the company he works for I think that is a clear message that there are some risks. Mr. Charlish as his profile on the website says "has extensive knowledge in the areas of financial reporting in accordance with IFRS, risk management," So here is a guy that knows everything about this company, is an expert in risk management and chooses to own zero shares in the company. I don't care if he has stock options, there is no financial risk for him in stock options. HE OWNS ZERO SHARES. No excuses for not having an equity interest, the only explanation can be is that he just can't like the upside potential of the stock going forward.
