No two bull markets are alike. Do not expect an explosive increase in Uranium prices. It is likely to be a very slow gradual improvement. It will take a long time to get to $40 and above.
That is unfortunate because such a market is of no benefit to FCU and other explorers. They will all be out of money long before $65/pound shows up.
The next bull market in Uranium could disappoint many.
For comparison purposes, look at how oil prices have behaved. Oil has not come close to $100 let alone get to its all time high.
Commodities tend to disappoint on the upside...but really stink to the downside.
