Whoever posted the comment said something to the effect of management is the greatest resource of the company. I t is a good thing I did not have a drink in my hand when I read that, otherwise I would have had a big mess to cleanup on my computer.
When I was in business school one of my professors said something that stuck with me, long after - through two businesses and working for a Fortune 500 company. It is true.
People don't leave their jobs, they leave managers.
This company (along with the other company with a common CEO) seems to have high turnover of staff, especially in the finance area. I will be the first to admit that it is only a superficial view from the outside based on press releases and the like. Usually there is more to why people leave than something simplisatic. However, finance at the CFO level, is a job that should have very low turnover, due to the professionalism that is usually associated with that type of position and the people who do them
