not sick with this property sick with the manipulation from management...and the theft from shareholders...ie past drilling contracts....ie onland drilling ,but no waited for fire bans....want me to go on ? Been in this heavy since day one and never had a chance to exit with a profit.

well said. I think many of us have had enough of this management team and will exit the first chance we have to minimize a loss or realize a small gain.
