bought in at $4.36. i will hold it  for 3 months for next financial report.

See the news about the 200k extra shares bought by Fairfax. They are a $15B market cap company that hold over 25M shares of FDGE. They are committed to supporting FDGE and will buy out the public shares if the price hangs too low for a while. At $10/share, it would cost them just $150M to get this private.
