Who's telling the truth about PRE.TO

Who's telling the truth about PRE.TOTD released their opinion about PRE.TO yesterday, and they recon it's worth $2.50

Prior to this, a consortium was buying up PRE shares like they were the next best thing and they bought 10% of the company at $2.90

The market is ralling them up like PRE is worth double and beyond what TD says. And why would a consortium endeavor to get so much of the company, at $2.90 ?

The private consortium, that was forced to make a disclosure of their activity because it was so large, obviously knows something and the market smells it too.

So, how can anyone listen to TD?
