Karoon is building a oil terminal offshore to get this massive discovery to a needy customer Brazil. The company has a LNG  ship completed and ready to be used. The Company is in partnership with another company off the coast of Peru . It has a oppportunity to bid on drilling leases off the coast of Mexico with Alfa as a partner . The debt is manageable the first contracts do not come due till 2017. Why all the negativity.
