RE:RE:RE:From Bloomberg...I think the way around would be Betancourt and Alfa partner 50/50 to buy out the remaining shares. This would happen only if Betancourt dearly wants to have stake in the company. Alfa has huge resource backup and they have been trying to get into Mexico and Latin Amerian Oil play for quite some time now. 

Now, if Betancourt wants to quit..The best offer Alfa will provide would be much less than 6.5..maybe around 3 to 3.5....Betancourt in that case will loose 1-1.5$ a share. But, looking at the current oil and gas glut this would be the only exit point Betancourt will get. He will loose money but still salvage a lot from the current state of affairs..

Who knows, what will happen...But these are all positive signs that Alfa and Betancourt are working together...otherwise the management would have engulfed the company for pennies. Good to have two big shareholders....
