RE:Shake the management not the shareholders

RE:Shake the management not the shareholdersThis management group/board has always been shady. How does a company go from cash on hand of $340 million + at the of last year to not making debt payments at the end January 3.5 weeks later? The whole EIG play for the bonds was in cohorts with management who would have got their 10% if EIG was successful. Now they are looking for other ways to get it. F n crooks. They could of focused efforts on sellilng non core assets to raise almost $1 billion in funds like PWE has done but are too busy planning how to screw everyone over. Cudos to Alpha and Bentancourt for teaming up and going the legal route. Time for a major house cleaning of management and the board. I believe the AGM is coming up over the next couple of months ... anyone have the approximate date from last year? You can bet I will vote for Alfa and Ohara reps and no one else. GL Zoo
