Nice try

XOM and VMM-37 was to move forward but was continually bogged down by environmental and judicial challenges. This all came to a head with the creation of the pilot projects. Kale and Platero where to scientifically test the ramifications of fracking. It was full steam ahead until Petro and his party were elected whom stopped the pilots and are know supporting the criminalization of fracking.

XOM have had enough, FEC's value continues to be hurt by Colombia's position...
