Reply from Derek in IR to me about de-watering the Lake

Reply from Derek in IR to me about de-watering the LakeThis is Derek's response to my e-mail question today concerning de-watering.

"Gold Canyon Resources, the previous owner of our Springpole Project had done years of studies on the water, air, and soil. They also ran multiple studies and monitored the fish and other wildlife in and around Springpole Lake.

First Mining did months of due diligence on the lake and proposed coffer dam prior to and since acquiring Gold Canyon and based on those collective studies spanning several years, we expect only 6.1% of the Lake's surface area will require de-watering. While the lake is quite long about 75% of the deposit sits under a bay which is only a small portion of the overall Lake and our technical people are very confident that this mine is permitable.

We recently hired a team to work on the permitting and for your information we also hired the same technical consultants that did the Diavik's diamond mine's coffer dam, which was significantly more challenging than Springpole's will be."   EOM
