Feb 21 -2001 , distribution of shares

43,000,000 were issued for debt. 29,000,000 to Sprintbend Holding 8,300,000 to ms fung, mr thomas fungs wife 6,000,000 to ms ng Sprintbend holds a total of 39,500,000 ....46% of shares Ms fung 8.3 million .......................10% of shares Ms ng 6 million ........................... 7% of shares These 3 hold a total of 63% of shares. What about mr fung? Alf

i'm not talking growth or china - farichild owns springbend holdings limited in an escrow account and therefore the shares are property of FIC shareholders - that being said, there are some heavy weights involved w/ this company and a small float so who knows what can happen here - big time potential in any event, the intrinsic value of this company depends on whats held in that holdings ...more

incorrect info about the float - see below - (the distribution you spoke of occurred before the company was purchased by fairchild): for years ended december 31, 2002 and 2001 - page 7 under business combination - which reads: on august 3,1995, the company acquired the entire issued and outstanding share capital of springbend investment company limited so who knows who owns what now. i ...more
