bangalore airport deal

bangalore airport dealAll the Fairfax India news on the Stockhouse site has disappeared. The Fairfax India website is now silent on the Bangalore airport. The only reference is a Prem Watsa message posted by Cactionalpha on the bullboard. If the deleted news items regarding the lack of visibility on the closing of the Bangalore airport deal are true,  these are  material facts.  These facts then should be disclosed in the current prospectus. Buyers can rescind their orders and ask that the sales price be reduced. The closing of the share sale is supposed to be on January 13, 2017. It is obvious that the price of Fairfax India is being supported by the dealer syndicate at $11.50. Unless there is clarification in the form of an official news release there will likely be further downward pressure on the stockprice. Any comments?
