RE:RE:RE:RE:With a Book Value of 20.21USD, This is seriously UndervaluedAnchorage will be Fairfax's monetization vehicle for Indian infrastructure. By placing BIAL in the Anchorage subsidiary, they will be able to IPO it on the Indian markets and raise fresh capital to acquire more infrastructure, which the government is divesting. Current market cap for FIH is about 2 billion USD. Through Anchorage, they will raise another 2 billion USD to start. The airport is worth today 3 billion USD, of which they own roughly 50%. Not to mention their amazing work to develop and monetize the 460 acres of surrounding land. And all of it will be connected to the city via metro and possibly high speed rail. It's long play, but it will be successful. Patience is definitely required. The day to day movement is just noise.
