Imagine. Owning a 5 star city around a works class airport complete with shopping, restaurants, hotels activities. Think of the non aero revenue generation. It's a no brainer.

It will be interesting to see Fairfax capitalizes on this. Anchorage Infrastructure was created in June of this year.
