(TSXV: ECT) (the “Company” or “ECL”) wishes to announce that Company has entered into three non-binding letters of intent (“LOIs”) with arm’s length parties to investigate avenues to expand ECL’s business both in services offered and geographically.  The LOIs cover developing business solution utilizing the internet of things, to investigate the application of blockchain technologies for the telecom industry and sourcing telecom acquisitions in Canada.  ECL would be required to make an initial loan ranging from $25,000 to $50,000 and compensate the strategic partner.  Each opportunity is subject to the completion of definitive documentation.
