The existing facility has another 8 acres available for development after our 320000 foot expansion is complete, and reading between the lines that is the plan although no announcement has been made, and here is my reasoning. We would not have purchased the lot across the street for the California centre premium price facility if we were not going to expand onto our other 8 acres.
The goderich facility is coming soon as well.
By having a consolidation of production in and around Kincardine that improves staffing and you need less management if all or most of your production is in one location. Unlike other producers that must double up, triple up on many positions because there facilities are all over hells half acre.
