Exactly..the RS is an option that could be used when seeking listing on the NYSE..and to appeal to institutional investors..If they. do use the option i expect the SP would be at least $6-$8..and a 5/1 rs would put the SP at $30-$40 to open on the NYSE...Cheer$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
