Stock is lower than 3 years despite execution and business growth, hence creating a buying opportunity for actual or new investors.
It certainly takes a few busines day to process the Warrant certificates. However many smart investor do not wait until the last day of expiration to execute those warrants. more to that if they have any ambition of selling shortly after executing they might aswell pick the easier way to simply cash-less exercise those warrants get over with... and that im assuming it happened a little while ago.
