confirm which of the following apply to you at the moment regarding this
particular stock
a). I hold a position 
b) I don’t hold a position 
c) I may acquire a position at a later date

this appears to be a fairly straightforward proposition,  failure
to answer will result in you being ignored (hopefully by many)

do not answer with “ what about the convertible debentures?”
or the stock price is similar to what it was in 2016 ( it was also
.65 cents in 2016,  but you didn’t mention that did you?)
