RE:RE:RE:RE:share buy back i have seen lots of successful reverse splits. What matters is the company fundamentals. The ones that don't work are overvalued and need more capital. A reverse split doesn't change the fundamentals but it might change who can own it which can be positive.

I've been at this for a long time and have never seen a successful RS.
As I mentioned Beena appears to be a solid business person and she has other options abailable to her in order to deal with the present share structure.
just study her background and business approach and base your opinion with facts, not BS.
