I doubt they participated at all. Talking to IR you get the sense MM fund wants to hold debs, and not equity at all.

We'll see in a week or so. but lots of money is flowing back into cannabis plays. I'm thinking this was more of an effort to get some other institutions on side.

Ir described this as an "opportunity" that they didn't want to pass on - for a strategic play and bolster balance sheet.

the warrents and debs are signaling that this will be worth a lot more soon. Very interesting action there.

good for you for picking up more!!

Still patiently waiting for our turn to run.

I wonder whether MMCap was selling leading up to the financing because they knew it was coming, in an effort to free up cash to participate in the overnight deal and acquire warrants. Just a theory as one could have net increased their equity position, and today was the closing date which may explain the all time record volume. We'll know for sure next time they file.

I also think you might be on the money in regards to them looking at acquiring Gtec - it would be a good fit. The only thing that I think would really make sense for Supreme to acquire at this point in time is micro ultra-premium assets to bolster their craft collective, unless they could find some kind of exposure in the states (however they couldn't acquire cannabis assets and remain in compliance with TSX requirements so I'm not sure this is a priority) With that being said, they never specifically mentioned acquisitions in their prospectus so they may have other organic plans.

Bought a pile of more Supreme today. Have a great weekend.

I'm not sure - but 243 mil volume for January.

If MM sold ~20% of volume like other months - 48.6mil sold.

they only had 54mil left.

someone was in a hurry to sell today, but buyers were there all day taking the shares.

very odd - but maybe MM trying to liquidate the last chunk of shares they have.
