Great post, I personally find it amazing what she has accomplished in less than a year. 

I've worked on major projects for a few decades, and watching Beena manoeuvre the land mines created by previous managements definitely shows her experience at the elite level. In my opinion she has a vision and we're only starting. She's smart, she delivers in an efficient and ethical manner, between her and Colin Moore I believe the company finally has the solid foundation I was waiting for. 

Still lots of work ahead, but it finally feels like Supreme can be lead to its full potential under Beena. Stil a volatile and new industry, and lots of unknowns but I feel a lot more confident in my investment now then I was a year ago. IMHO
