Beena alrady has one foot out the door waiting for a nice payout for her one year of service.  She had no plans to stay longer.  She just wants to retire and just making one last payday on the back of shareholders.

By the time this company closes the deal with Canopy, the valuation would be $300M instead of $430M as Canopy tanks.  A fair offer would ahve been a firm $430M valuation, not some bullsh1t ratio tied to Canopy's every deteriorating stock price.
