YES, IF I were the CEO like Fowler
and owner of 2 .1 million shares why would he not want the Share price
to rise ?

I hate to say it but his 2.1 million shares is nothing when you look at his 3 plus million salary. This is where John is making his money. Other companies there sp matters because they are making half of what Fowler makes. A pay cut would put more money in our pocket.
