the smartest thing you can do
if you are good to the people that work for you ,they will be good to you ,, very very very important when you have a bussiness that employs many workers like fire ,,it can make or break you ,,,so people that bash this DON'T HAVE A CLUE

I would assume it's the 2nd largest employer. You forgot about that nuclear power plant up the road.

They should open a small retail front to their greenhouse there. It will be like buying the beer directly at the brewery. On the way home all those power plant personal can grab a few grams for the night to unwind.
