my understanding is $4 share. They may go NASDAQ or NYSE. Either way is good.

You can bypass the requirement for $4 per share if you excel in other criteria, particularly revenue/market cap/cash+value of ownings, all of which are on the uptrend due to FIRE's fantastic business model. They will be generating a bucket load of cash by the end of the year.
