Hey just spoke to 2 people that work at facility in Kincadine that I went to school with they said union thing a big rumour. Hummm short seller started it?

Agreed JR this would be good to know and it doesn't necessarily mean a problem but could definitly change the culture for many of folks that are the backbone of this company....I have worked with both and the non union contractors have been all round better, more efficient and happier, equally well to better paid and quality of work. 7Acres has the culture that allows them to grow quality at scale! They achieved what 7acres was built for, but also grew too quickly.  We all know mistakes were made by past management but we must not forget the redicoulous policy/retail rollout headwinds they also faced. All staff at 7acres and supreme knew the reality of things, hard decisioms were made, and we we are hopefully pulling ...more

To add md, the culture at Supreme was created by Fowler/team from the start but the transition since Fowler left is what will allow the company and that culture to survive and more importantly thrive. While it woud have been good to see Fowler make these changes it is/was not his mindset and we may have seen the doors closed or sold off by now without a major change in course.
