Watchme/johnale & method

Good to hear all your arguments..i will say you are the only 3 i really pay attention too. Watchme your "expose" on how hard it is too actually make money in this regulated-competitive environment is bang on however i do believe you fail to give proper value to supreme facility and nationwide sales network & brand. Now johnale they dont "need money" but seems like the entire industry is erroring on caution and bringing in money anyways. Maybe a financing is tied to a consolidation/new investor? Who knows i just dont like the tape and understand it cuz if someone put a gun to.my head and said buy or sell i would buy here

But who the hell wants to buy a .12-.15c stock with 480m shares outstanding? How do you justify that as a fund manager?? The only way they are gonna attract institutional investors is by bending over and taking one for the team..for example , find a funder ...rollback 10-1 , 48m shares new float...then issue for example 52m new shares @ a bad price (say .50c) raise 25m dollars and voila you have a ...more

ya it's a tough sell for sure - and no one is biting right now according to Craig - there in lies the issue and it's not an operational thing.  that's why I implored that they need to get retail on-side again. A little promotion, even though it's not their MO - and get some momentum.  get back in the etf and go from there,  MMcap seems to be going long here ...more

Hey Vulcan put your ego aside and realize you "could" lose everything here....it is .12c for a reason, may 2020 ACB did a 12-1 rollback that shocked "some" investors...they just came out the other day saying the wanted to raise 500m dollars even though they have had an ATM program going for a long time now...stocks at $5 bucks ....what is that prerollback....? Dont think ...more

Not to speak for Vulcan - but ya every investment is a risk - but I wouldn't compare acb to fire.  vast differences - and they have blown through multiple prospectus ATM shares. And still going. TGOD is a better comparable small vs big cap to acb.  I wouldn't even say supreme is in a precarious position as a going concern. Other than they have 3yrs to really generate ...more

no prob john I respect you opinions and feel we are along the same thought process cheers my friend

Yeah well thats another concern in mmcap has such a huge position IMO they should not be allowing the stock to get "downticked" at the close by fractional sell orders, (stocks targeted by short sellers get crushed as they exploit share trading by using volume "air pockets" during the day and downticking to endless advantage as the regulators are powerless to stop them.) Obv ...more

How does one not allow a stock to get "downticked" without trading in it?   [/quote]

You get a group of "friends" to open 10 seperate positions in the carribean and ask them "nicely" to trade the stock.....totally illegal/ impossible to catch (well nit impossible but improbable ans something the regulators in canada are likely light years behind the curve on) and something the short selling community does all the time.....especially as the are only involved for ...more

The barking from the basement is just the usual noise joh, bullshite and nonsense...there is nothing changed with this company, it is growing product shelved across the country and supporting the SP, not trying to move it anywhere at this time. This sector is on it's knees and the overall economy is there as well.... today mainly due to the covid spike which is the result of increased testing, ...more

In my opinion, same useless barking all the way from $2 down, you were saying the same bs and literally haven't been right about anything. Think everyone's spot on with your banter, you don't even get up ticked by your own ppl anymore. Clearly I've been SPOT ON since i showed up, take notes.

In my opinion, thanks bever, that's exactly what I'm saying about the outstanding, the company is going to need financing to continue for the long run, there's not a hope in hell they'll service debt, growth, and long winded purchase orders with no money in the long term tank. My reasoning for lack of credit on the facility is because of the loan it completely washes the facility ...more

I would not hold that past them.  Beena has no obligation to make profit for retail shareholders.  Her job would be to make new institutional investors money at the expense of previous investors by pressing the reset switch.  She doesn't give a f.ck if she makes a whole bunch of small time investors unhappy.

I suppose it would depend a great deal on how mmcap would view something like this....they might find it too dillutive, however they might find it as a neccesary step to get new access to money and catch.up with US growth around the corner....(especially if they were given the right to maintain their equity percentage) ...actually if they were entitled to keep their equity percentage their would ...more
