Proof we were sold up the river

This is from the call re Humble & Fume:

Since they began attracting new listings in April 2020, Humble & Fume has secured more than 11,000 new listings for Supreme Cannabis products. In Q3 2021, they added 3,745 new listings and 329 new retailers started carrying Supreme Cannabis products, both increases over the games made last quarter.

So basically as was anticipated the transformation from B2B to CPG was going to take time. Look how many new dispensaries added our products last quarter. Supreme can only grow 50,000 kg of dried cannabis which is around 7% of the recreational market. WE DO NOT NEED TWEED. There is no added benefit for us to join forces with them. NONE. How about just focusing on the Canadian market that is ripe for the taking and build out as you told us you were? Right I forgot someone is losing loads of cash with CGC and friends are there for each other. SOLD OUT FOR PERSONAL REASONS imho. Something tells me they rushed this deal together in order to avoid the ER being released prior to the offer... The Supreme board wants this to happen not for the shareholders as a whole but for a selected few who are getting hammered elsewhere.

We would not be at the SP we are if we did not have  the CGC issue hanging over our heads, feels like the grim reaper is readying his prey.

** food for thought: they knew Israel was going to be missed likely but there was some faint hope that they may be able to get it in. They decided to not grow the crop for some reason? CGC does not want us wholesaling regardless of where sold. We should have had that crop grown and ready for Israel. That way the wholesale ops that Supreme acknowledges they missed on would have been completed. This would have bumped our loss from 4 million to who knows 2, 1, a profit??? Our losses are so small now that some debt repayment reducing interest coupled with a little more product sold and BAM SUSTAINABLE PROFIT! Clearly their focus has been to maintain good numbers but not do all they can. This was about making us look good enough for CGC but not good enough to go at it alone. They failed on that one. We clearly could go at it alone. They, the board, have interests that do not align with mine and unlikely yours (unless you own weed:ct and are losing money). I want to invest in a company on the verge of making a real profit or at the very least be able to see one on the horizon without a whole bunch of hypotheticals. That is where FIRE:CT is at. All buit a real profit... But as per Beena CGC has consumer insights we lack....LMFAO Consumer insight expertise?! (as per dumb Beena)

TWEED:

1- uinderweight products continue to be sold to consumers
2- sell weed that was possibly exposed to mold but should be safe after they tampered with it
3- lie to consumers regarding the THC in their products
4- screwed their medical patients and boasted about it come legalization

Yup great consumer insights! How to burn a company to the ground and cost a lot of investors money? I really don't understand why Beena thinks this is a good deal for us. Oh yeah she has options and bonus' that will get paid out to her. So basically free millions for her and likely a new role with CGC that will come with an equally high salary and more options. Or free money for her.....

Good luck everyone. I will not sell at this value, dissenting likely with a very little chance of a conversion and wait for a better value. Sad to say farewell to a company that could have been a phenomenal story. I hope people realize the grow capacity of Supreme Cannabis is 50,000 kg and if you add it all up it puts only a dent in CGC loss'. They need more than just DOJA ACE AND FIRE. First they should start with learning the consumer insight expertise that Beena claims they have. Ill help them get started: RULE #1 treat customers with respect. (see the above four items listed)

almost fully agree with you rockets.... we added shoppers..we added Australia.. that alone should have more than made up for Israel.. add new products add new stores.. no way we would be at the sales number we ended up at...our grow capacity also increased through timing to turn over the crop rotation..all that had to be done was grow it and ship it.. ask yourself why it wasnt shipped.. ask why ...more
