RE:RE:ShareholdersNot speaking on behalf of Leopold, but I will vote no for the reason that that they need to deliver on shareholder profitability before their own.
Not right that many shareholders who purchased at price over $1, or better yet $1.50 are underwater and far from profitability, while management/employees have the option to get incentive shares at current low prices. Management/employees should profit WHEN shareholders profit, NOT BEFORE!
Deliver shareholder value before you eat from the trough.
