My assumption would be same as black or any other market in general, whose got the product cheaper, driving prices into the ground. With so many LPs now and black market pricing, competition is fierce which is why they've been probably dropping prices to compete. Before you could say you had premium product (even though people wouldn't still pay that) now with a trimmer in effect, your just another LP with the same as everyone else. I think the new ceo would be well versed in branding and marketing products as she comes with a cpg background, however, with this industry you can't even display your herb in the container, let alone your brand properly, without cautions all over it leaving the only area to compete, pricing.
