If they wanted to turf all of mgmt or turf the company alltogether for peanuts they could. THEY HOLD ALL THE CARDS AND ONLY CARE ABOUT $$$ NOT SHAREHOLDERS. They will short their own stock/shareholders if they think they can make money (i think its in their mission statement lol) The only way to regain some power is to a) make money /grow business b) find other partners to take large stakes c) end the ATM - bit maybe they are not permitted by daddy to do that lol......
