If you look at their balance sheet, the gain in market share, product etc, if a reputable investor came on board at the fraction of the other investors in the industry it would be a win win situation.
Depending on the terms, the outstanding shares could easily be a thing of the past with almost instant profit for the deep pockets and retail investors.
