RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:66% premium

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:66% premium I started building position in FIRE on Nov.17 at $.14. I sold it all on Feb.9 at $.43  I then started building a lareg position in the warrants in late March.  So I have been followed this stock since November and I know what has been going on, I just haven't bothered to post on here. I appreciate the fact that you think Beena and others purposely held it down, and that it would be over $1 were it not for that alleged collusion.  However, there is no way to know whether that is the case.  Companies pay a premium over today's prices not what people think the stock shoudl be at.   You are welcome to vote against the deal. This deal will almost certainly pass as the majority will agree that 66% premium is fair.   This is how publicly traded companies work.   Not sure what you are getting so worked up about, this is a very standard business manoever and it happens on daily basis.

Buggered123 wrote: Sam you dont know what went on here the last cpl of months, so dont comment! you sound like an idiot, especially to shareholders here. This thing was trading 10's of millions a day and whenever it would climb out of control of the hedge funds Beeena would step in with another bought deal.

This stock would and should have been over a buck, but was purposely nailed down by all these scum bags, including beena.

so a 66% premuim is fine but its not at .265. (more around 40-60)

just go away sam, its pretty obv. you have zero clue of what your talking about or what went down here.

And watch, nobody gives a shlt about your opinion. We got it watch you are a know it all.
