RE:RE:Question this morning?Agreed BH we get the same number of WEED shares no matter what the SP, but the lower the WEED SP the better, as we are picking up WEED at hopefully the low...if the estimated growth of WEED and upside for SP are even close, our gain potential improves the lower the conversion price of WEED. WEED SP hit ~$70 earlier this year and they are expected to blow through that by year's end. Our share count is set and the lower we get in the better, if estinates are accurate.
The cash part of the deal is to avoid cap gains in the transfer of shares, I believe. JMHO...Opt
