RE:RE:RE:RE:Win WEED and FIRE

RE:RE:RE:RE:Win WEED and FIREI have no time for conspiracy without fact/ info Geo, but what you say is possible and I am more than interested in anything and everything when available. So far I have seen nothing to say that there is anything wrong/ out of line, we shall see shortly. and if there is anything to be dealt with. it will get dealt with.

I have no fact that Beena has done anything other than her job and I expect to see that this deal is in the best interest of the SHs....I think the way WEED et al have been picking up property and other assets both sides of the 49th that there little to no chance of FIRE surviving on it's own going forward. Not unlike Tilray and APHA, small will not survive, at least not for some time as everybody is chasing share of a still unknown market.

Beena has has always said she would maximize SH value and that can very well be the case with this WEED deal....I can't see any good reason to vote 'no'. and maybe with some info that would change? There are close to 800mil shares OS and I will be surprised if there is not enough today to pass it.

The part I can't wrap my melon around is, what in the helL would everybody do with a no vote? Who would run the company? Is there enough green to run it when you get it up and running? I think we will find out that this is the best option for SHs and before the smoke clears.

The only options I see, for me, are either sell now or take the WEED shares and sell them when I can pick up some profit. I like what WEED is doing now and what they are planning, so i will stay there for a while, unless something changes....FIRE and WEED should trade at roughly the same spread up or down until conversion.

Tilray and APHA deal done...Tilray jumps. I see the same for WEED and FIRE and I won;t be selling FIRE. Everybody has to do their DD and buy, sell or hold accordingly. All the best to all, especially the rest of the longs. JMHO...Opt

You just have to look at all the moves WEED/ Constellation have made in the last weeks and months...start with FIRE, a $.30 stock, ~800mil SO, one of the originals and still not at full production, was basically the assessment of FIRE as well and you agree with this guy?

FIRE is much better than what it looks like on paper, most here including you feel the same way and why we are where we are is not clear to me, except for maybe this is what Beena was brought here to do, of which may have been necessary but we need much more info, which will start this week, and...get it ready to join WEED? As Constellation was prepping to turn WEED around....there was a short burst of 'FIRE connecting with Coke for the beverage market, then crickets? Just a thought?

What this video assessment speaks to is what was and what would be without all the changes that have been made in the last quarter and the direction for both companies together on the same path. WEED is going for #1 globally and FIRE is going to help them get there. On our own we need a 5/1 RS first and full production shelved at much lower prices first thing and it looks weak from there. Emotion will burn you. JMHO...Opt

Btw.. that video you posted explains very well all the reasons I hate Canopy, and the sad part in the end he describes the winning companies being smaller market cap growth cannabis plays demonstrating increasing QoQ revenue and positive EBITDA growth, exactly what Supreme is!! Except instead of Beena allowing this company to flourish on its own and paying back investors huge through stock price increase, she just sold us out on the cheap to a failing company that is just going to completely burry FIRE's success into its bottomless bit of losses.

This is such a stupid move that she will personally gain on. She's old and already has one foot out the door to retire. This one year stunt probably has made her enough money to buy her $4M Muskoka cottage in cash.

..ole beena...toes in the sand at the $ millon dollar cottage smokin a a fattie...do you think it will be Supreme pot or Canopy weed....maybe old John Fowler will be there to light up her joint.....I say vote NO...we built this company with out hard earnrd dollars...we are the owners...I say f@#ck them and their bags of snakes
