How does the voting count? Does the # of shares you have affect the weighting of your vote?
Or does the vote of a shareholder with 1,000,000 (~$350,000) shares carry the same value as a shareholder with 50 shares (<$20.00) ??

I have seen people on Reddit saying that they kept ONE single share so that they cant vote NO..
