Buy Back
I was reviewing the share structure, and financials of the company, unless I'm missing something, there is no reason why this company cannot have a buy back program, which would reduce the outstanding shares, making it more difficult for the short traders, and a lot more attractive to the retail investors.
The RS is a turn off for retails investors, the company claims to be one of the top producers in the country, and should be able to reach the 35 to 50 million per quarter mark in 2020, which to me would support the buy back program. Strong companies, with good balance sheets utilize this method, why not attract shareholders with a proven method, instead of keeping them away with RS. IMO
I like almost everything about this company, but the RS make me keep my distance. The number of outstanding shares is too easy for the shorts at the moment IMO.

the RS is just a strategic option that they could use when moving to the NYSE

prove it. Show us this manamgwmnt circular that states the RS will be used for financing opportunities. You wont even respond to this as this circular doesn’t exist which you already know. Now who is the one full of lies? you have ZERO credibility.
