I think whoever picked up the debs on that sell off Friday - May offset their position by shorting the equity - and we will probably face a little selling pressure. (Unless the selling in the equity Friday was short sellers already?) 2.6mil volume (I doubt that is any retail selling)  If the sector rallies - and the buyers come in - we could squeeze the shorts.  (I hope)  I ...more

I don't think you will have to worry about that as most of that Friday volume on the debentures was yours truly. I was unaware of that call in May, would be interested if you have any more Q&A responses you can share to get a better understanding of Beena. It will be very interesting to see what MMCap does with their significant holdings following closing of the debt deal, assuming ...more

Agreed joh and with the analyst that asked Beena why she made the move to FIRE, what was her reply?...she is obviously here because of the potential in the comapny and she is aware of what needs to be done to get everything up to full production and profitable. FIRE is in a much different and better position than most in the sector and really beyond to a degree as well...she walked into a very ...more

That is pretty much what we saw in Beena and her direction going forward once she got behind the wheel...which is a powerful endorsement from the analyst side and the time she spent looking things over speaks to the value of the assets and the potential going forward.
