Not huge-bad ; but there has been an overhang on this stock all month and has not performed in step with the sector rallies and biden win. I see a .10c financing or rollback...something like that...very easily could be wrong...and yes i own stock

I think the pressure is from supreme ATM and longs.  septmeber they did very little selling with the ATM.  Pulled in $36k worth I believe.  October they sold through at full tilt. - 4.4 mil shares for 600+k - gross volume was around 44mil so they basically sold through 10% of the volume which is the most they can do.  I know they have to protect their balance sheet - and  ...more

All the more reason to own the debentures over the common. Protects more against uncertainty while getting paid to wait thus reducing risk.  I don't really care about a rollback. The last two that I own that did it are up over a 100% each from when it was executed (one up 400%).

theres no need for financing .. as well I dont see .10 ever we hit bot at .12 briefly..i got some of that.. roll back was taken off the table and i would not see that in the future .. just more neg short tactics.. do not believe for a second that you invest or own..jmho cheers
