Haven't seen anything about this I like, so far....unless there is much more info provided, within a reasonable time to assess and validate prior to any action, I won't be voting my shares for anything. Hard to make any definative call without more info vulc but one thing is certain this came out of left field for me in several areas....first is this the best deal available for the SH?....are there other potential buyers, is this the best ROI possible for SHs? I have held  a handful of shares since they were prepping site for 7acres facility and after miscalculating on rec, changes

There is no way this will get rejected.....not with our share count...recent dilutions were done to ensure that.
