Had no doubt that the deal was going to pass.. with the 200,000,000+ new shares they issued in the unnecessary raises while driving down the share price into sell out range... Of course BMO's fairness opinion says its a good deal; they brokered all of them

I had the same problem so I signed in as a guest. Complete bs! it passed obviously with all the new shares printed.  goes for court approval June 15 and should all be done by the 17th is what Beena says.
